simply love the connection between "stop and stare -" and "verdant mountains". Mountains as we know have always been imposing. Many times too their shadows overwhelm us i.e. swallow us up. And all we can best do is simply stand and stare (I mean admire it)

There's something always so beautiful about mountains. I'd hate to live somewhere where the landscape was just all flat
