Written for Susan's prompt
mid week motif~ climate

Furthermore, Susan informs us: "Technically, climate is a set of weather statistics gathered over many years, a summary of tendencies in a region condensed from many spheres: atmosphere, hydrosphere, cryosphere, lithosphere, and biosphere."

That drought image works in more ways than one. Wilted crunch--my goodness! Fine poem.

I can so feel that Gillena! California is still having a drought and I know what it's like. All the water dries up and the land thirsts for rain. Nice photo too! Hugs!

Sadly there will be a lot more crunching in the future if we keeping messing withe the climate though our neglect. How great it was to read these words.

Much "drought" is man made - think AZ and all those homes built where there is little (or no) water - it needs to be pumped in from lakes and such - and then we wonder "what is the problem". Truly crazy.
