Even in my 60s, I, too, still love to find shells in the sand. You've captured the experience!

Awesome Gillena thanks for sharing Enya this Sunday morning.
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous ❤
Love what can be seen in shells.
__ We, are called to nature's patterns, and we know none are the same. Fine thought Gillena!
A shell's pattern; its story above the sand; closer sun.

I so often walk with head down at the beach, seeking just such treasures.
A shell can sing quite a song to us can't it..all its story in its beautiful skin :)

marvelous- both the haiku and drawing! I would love to walk once more on a beach to collect sea shells and stones made smooth by water and sand.
A lovely haiga-style piece: delicate and evocative.
Oh this captures my interest Gillena, your haiku and art-making stirs my fondest memories and longing to walk that line of sand and water looking for treasures... hope you had a wonderful weekend!
It's amazing how those shells claim interest. Reminds me of walking on the beach in search of that special shell.
A pair of beauties!
Brought back memories of the inquisitive young days

Allowing for elements of curiosity and discovery to be addressed will make it interesting.
