Cloudshaping

i prayed myself out of a bad dream; woke up way before the dawn, exhausted; couldn't go back to sleep brewed some tea and turned on the TV with a pack of plaintain chips in one hand, and there was President Obama making the announcement (live) on CNN that the al Quaeda leader Osama Bin Laden was slain

  1. Death and killing doesn't make one happy, even if that's Osama...can't say killing an Osama would change a thing how the world is today...perhaps just a relief that they got him finally,

but hope world super powers and other nations don't promote these terrorist outfits anymore for any politico-economic mileage in these regions -- Osama was the result of an old US strategy in Afghan's fight against Soviets and the price both the world, and US, paid for it has been too much,

Hope the world slowly gets free of terrorism and war,

    wishes,

  6. My day today started with the news about the killing too - it was strange. I agree with Devika (I didn't feel happiness...maybe relief)
I hope you'll sleep better tonight.

  11. sure enough Lorraine, all they do is fly on, sit a while look around, rest and they fly away, if it were unsafe for them they wouldn't rest there, they've got their share of smarts

    much love...

  12. I had a terrible dream last night and couldn't get away from it until I woke up this morning. I gave a small cheer that bin Laden had been caught, but I wouldn't wish death on anyone. That's not what Christ teaches me and I feel sorry for the people that cheered - they must not believe in Jesus.

Not sure what this is, but for me just an expression of happiness that you were able to get out of your bad dream Gillena. ~Chelle~
