Gillena, this is so sweet. I can picture it so clearly - that wee bird darting in and out, bobbing a quick meet and greet and promising a return visit.
Nice healthy looking plant there. Must be because you lovingly talk to it and it responds with glorious healthy growth. I think they like soft music too. Nice haiku.
I guess that I have spoken to plants. why not, since I speak to my kitties? hummingbirds- pieces of movable art, aren't they?

Kintsugi, the pigeons are there too, on my roof, in the streets, but the glance of a hummingbird now an then i find absolutely delightful
