[Derwent Intense ink pencils on water colour paper - Happy First People's Holiday]

[Inspiration]
Today in Trinidad and Tobago we celebrate First People's Day as a Public Holiday remembering our Amerindian Ancestors who had been living as many as 6000 years here, before the colonizers arrived. We still retain some place names like Rivers: Caroni and Oropouche. Also some Foods remain such as Cassava and Farine.

    Cumbersome, too many "T's".
__ But the message stands. If not for The First People, no matter where in this world's life, we'd not be who we are. Historic honor. _m
