Wishing your mother a very happy day. I had a moment like that some years ago when I looked in the mirror and saw my grandmother's face superimposed on mine. Pretty cool. Loved your poem.

Facial features or other attributes do get passed on; I did inherit some skills from my father
ReplyDeleteand other different ones from my mother but when younger I thought I was adopted as I looked like neither of them!
