Since its inception in 1970, Earth Day continues to grow as a worldwide phenomenon focused on promoting clean living and a healthy, sustainable habitat for people and wildlife alike. Celebrating Earth Day serves as a conscious reminder of how fragile our planet is and how important it is to protect it.

Hi friends....
[selfie: photo edited in PicsArt] At 5:00, we leave the starting point, be it the church yard (in the days of the old church before it was renovated) or The Royal Bank car park (those days we were a borrowed church building) or the school yard (those day we were using the Chapel in the Girl's school. The Way of the Cross is our street event of remembering and repenting, with scriptural readings and hymning along the way. On returning to our starting point, sweet cross buns and a soft drink, juice or water is our reward treat before go back to our homes, to prepare for the afternoon mass, Ah! but this year!
