  6. Reads good, Gillena. Sounds good too, we haven't had fresh pineapple since this all started. I did buy a can of pineapple in sauce back in may. We mix it with fresh fruit for salad, the juice helps to keep the color. Honey works too.

  9. I buy canned crushed pineapple in its own juice, and add some fresh fruit every morning for breakfast. I love the sweet, sweet fresh golden pineapples too!
