    Adding some sad news...

    May she rest in peace. My mother passed away yesterday morning (91 in May). She lived with my sister Chris who took good care of her.

    My goodness, Betty Boop is looking especially sexy today. Going on a picnic is such a fun idea. I haven't done that in a long time. We used to live right next to a state park and picnics were a common event, but since we moved, it doesn't happen anymore. I may have to do something about that. Thanks for reminding me, Gillena :) Also you food looked delicious, but I had to look up what a plantain is ... and I found it, but I don't know how you can tell them from the banana ... do you know? I am not sure they are even sold in our grocery stores, but after reading how healthy they are, I would like to find some. I'll let you know if I do. Have a wonderful week Gillena ...
