clay pot on the ledge
a fern thrives in sunshine -
boys will steal a frond

through glass doors
his plead for free games -
a view of the sea

in the dead silence 
a chain of sobs emit -
crave of respect

  10. I too thrive in sunshine. I look around my house at all the growing things I have sitting in windowsills and in front of windows, and feel so blessed with all the green growing things.
