This September, it's old photos into new art

Peewah
Peewah, so called in Trinidad and Tobago is a palm fruit which when boiled with salt, makes a very tasty snack. It has the texture of a very fibrous sweet potato, only it is not sweet. 
Its is also know in some countries as Peach Palm Fruit
