  4. Dear Gillena,
the plant of love should be cared for much better than we humans do most of the time.
Your watercolor painting is very well done and so is your haiku!
    Mangos, I love them!

    All the best, Traude

  6. That's a beautiful watercolor Gillena. And you AAJJ sewing page is super also. I like how you added the sunglasses. I think this page is all about a lady on the go who also likes to sew. Have a super start toy our weekend. hugs-Erika

  11. The flowers are beautiful and the Mango looks delicious (probably my favorite fruit). Your music, as always, is uplifting and enjoyable. Thank you, Gillena ...

  12. I miss John Lennon.
mangoes! Do you have a mango tree? I don't make anything with them but lassies, after having mango lassies in DC at the Folklife festival one year, so good

    1. I did have a mango tree, but it was cut done due to bats roosting and causing a nuisance.

  21. I got a comment on my paprika blog post for you

    'Ladka said...
Gillena Cox said: "i am surprised because the powedered paprika is a hot spice." It is no necessarily so. We've got both hot and sweet powdered red paprika. I only use the latter. If I want a dish to be hot I use chilli peppers.'
