GAIA'S PATHOS [MAKING MYTHS 2]
Hearing his voice, she woke in yawning pleasure, for it was the time of union to transpose into birthing all that goodness could ever.
From loins and heart: skies and seas alive to a natural harmony.
The waters existed to calm, to soothe, to bathe, to absorb; oui.
Rain was never needed. Only existence held her
Clever passionate and full of love: the trees fruited, being, just like their mother

Ah but the pains of motherhood. Such offsprings seeking to mistrue, causing mayhem, strive and woe, morphed a path - The Undesigned.
Seeking waves of blood and gore so that now the saddened essence of Gaia, knows the passion of weeping songs to the cadence sad, assigned.
Sometimes, there be tsunami - passionate, like her wounded soul. Although, sometimes tears trickle, gentle like her heart, if truth be told.

Earth Day -
in a dawn serenade
the rain

  4. "Sometimes, there be tsunami", indeed...

The tune of her cry dances her pain through your poem.

  8. I agree that the language used appears to correspond with classical tales. I hadn't thought of ancients gods and goddesses being gentle, only naiads and nymphs perhaps who are more fun!
