Sunday Savvy #90
Sunday Lime 1
Already, we have poem-ed ourselves through a half of this year. Last Sunday in June, paint me Van Gogh yellow, for I have always loved and still do, Sunflowers. I bought a pack of seeds one time, followed the instructions and planted them. No response. My garden is sans Sunflowers. Note to self " i must try planting Sunflowers again. Sunday Question: What does your garden lack that you feel strongly it should have
Sunday Smiles

Perhaps the glory of the sunflower is in understanding its beauty and shine - it is good to try and plant them literally but we can also do it in words ;)

Oh I will pick the first sunflowers for you Gillena and make a beautiful vase....my garden needs a bit more care from me these days....baby steps though as I rest from the heat. Plant the sunflowers and water them almost daily until they sprout. Birds and critters love them and ants will take them so beware that maybe critters took your seed from the garden. They will self seed once you get some to grow and let a few flowers linger and die on the stem and scatter seed on the ground.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the tips Donna. Happy you dropped in
