For many people, Sunday is still synonymous with church; i remember growing up i loved Sundays, why? it was a day for church - which meant, (and here's the good part) a day of dress up; that was, the icing on the cake, so to speak; and maybe out of that culture comes the phrase of 'Sunday best', sure you're familiar with it
