GAIA'S PATHOS [MAKING MYTHS 2]
Hearing his voice, she woke in yawning pleasure, for it was the time of union to transpose into birthing all that goodness could ever.
From loins and heart: skies and seas alive to a natural harmony.
The waters existed to calm, to soothe, to bathe, to absorb; oui.
Rain was never needed. Only existence held her
Clever passionate and full of love: the trees fruited, being, just like their mother

Ah but the pains of motherhood. Such offsprings seeking to mistrue, causing mayhem, strive and woe, morphed a path - The Undesigned.
Seeking waves of blood and gore so that now the saddened essence of Gaia, knows the passion of weeping songs to the cadence sad, assigned.
Sometimes, there be tsunami - passionate, like her wounded soul. Although, sometimes tears trickle, gentle like her heart, if truth be told.

Earth Day -
in a dawn serenade
the rain

In 2013 a car crashed my wall. My bougainvillea was destroyed, or so i thought, the gardener dug it up, and said it couldn't be saved. Then one day, my grief turned to joy again, when I say a tiny green shoot appearing. and today I'm happy to share. My born again Bougainvillea

Sunday Savvy 22

Sunday savvy -
this circle that is earth
ours to stewardship

--gillena cox, TT

Earth Day marks its 43rd year today April 22. Forty-three years is nothing. The Earth has survived for 4.5 billion years. It’s handled countless asteroids, oxidizing bacteria, and climate-changing volcanoes. Trust me, the Earth is going to be fine. The real question is: are we? read more here

Some environmentalists have grown critical of Earth Day, particularly those in the Bright green environmentalism camp. They charge that Earth Day has come to symbolize the marginalization of environmental sustainability, and that the celebration itself has outlived its usefulness
