i thought Gillena cox was third line in the haiga :)

th street sweeper seem to catch your attention many times -- the hiaga conveys a kind of meagre life -- yeah at times life is just that,

wishes,

**the street sweeper seem to catch your attention many times (i've read a few haiga/haiku before, thought not sure if its the same person)

And...the "haiga" conveys a kind of meagre life -- yeah at times life is just that,

:) ha ha caught you with this 2 line presentation;

yes Devika, in the same way that Issa is absorbed with cherry blossoms in Spring time, and wrote not about one particular tree or flower, so my poem reflects what is happening, here (remember though we do have the 4 seasons);

a lot of times i write relating the sound of the street sweeepers whom i do not see, when they are clearing at dawn,

In this particular haiku; i'm trying to juxtapose two cleaning/beautifing actions, the dove in the act of cleaning its self and A street sweeper who(i can see, its way past dawn, its still early in the morning) is probably returning home after work

glad i sparked your interest

much love...
