Wonderful artwork. I love the all seeing eyes and the trees. What a unique palette. I agree. It's so important to keep a hopeful heart. Enjoy the weekend, Gillena.
Such an expressive piece, I love how you used the tree's to reach out along with the words. Iced Coffee & Lemon cake sounds delicious. Happy PPF Hugs Tracey x
Hope is a wonderful thing and badly needed during this pandemic. Your pictures are very surreal and beautiful, but I did miss Betty ... she would look hopeful sitting in one of your trees, wouldn't she? It looks like a little Teddy bear sneaking a bite from your lemon cake which, I might add looks delicious. Good job and a second post in one week ... Bravo!!!
Somehow I thought I had been here already. Obviously, I had not. I really love your various trees and eyes you created for the surrealist in me to appreciate.
Oh... I am so late in visiting this week! Thank you for saving me some lemon cake and iced coffee! I love your use of eyes as leaves and wisdom seeing and witnessing such suffering. And your digital art of the tree is incredible. The third one is my favorite. Thanks Gillena! I look forward to seeing you tomorrow!

Nice Gillena. I hope the eyes can soon close and rest for awhile.
Fantastic Haiga! I think that it will be many years before the pandemic is fully under control.

While we're still in the middle of it, we tend to forget that the pandemic is a passing phenomenon. Unfortunately, it's passing rather slowly...
