The wildflowers here are doing this same dance. The other day I heard a mother tell her child, "If everyone picked just one flower, there wouldn't be any left!" Lol! Enjoy your Sunday!
I love those "hundred opening lives"!
I love your Haiku and art so wonderful...and I am a real big fan of wildflowers!!!

Lovely word painting. I spend a lot of time admiring the wild flowers. Don't pick them though.
So many openings from a single vine.

Not really, Robin. In the dry season, such greenery spaces can be very scorched and parched dry.

Sadly, in the concrete jungle, that the natives call, Toronto, native wildflowers are sacred and far between, except, in the few wild spaces, not manicured, by the local parks and rec crews.
Oh, a haiku to celebrate spring and new life! Yes!
No greenscaping can prevent the wild earth from reaching out to us! At least I hope not. Love this.
I wish I could post a picture of the wildflowers I saw yesterday. Love them!

How one loves to be able to sustain oneself. It is a measure of honesty and confidence in dealing with minor difficulties

Lovely, Gillena.I find it hard to resist wildflowers, but only pick a few, and never the roots.
Adelaide
The roots are somtimes so stubborn, you might as well only get the flowers
