Today i'm thinking 'lemon', 'late', and 'television'

Sunday savvy

Lemon, a fruit popular for its therapeutic properties, helps maintain your immune system and thus, protects you from the clutches of most types of infections. It also plays the role of a blood purifier. Lemon is a fabulous antiseptic and lime-water juice also works wonders for people having heart problems, owing to its high potassium content. So, make it a part of your daily routine to drink a glass of warm lemon water in the morning and enjoy its health benefits.

Cool advice about the warm lemon! I love the slow-paced unhurried tone in your Sunday poem!

Heh, Gillena, I am not to keen on your promoting your own meme on Poets United Poetry Pantry. I work for two other memes and never would consider doing this. I noticed you did this last week as well. The purpose of the Poetry Pantry is to share a poem....with no other motive. If you do this again next week, I will be removing your link.

Love your poem. Thanks for the tip about lemons. My mother-in-law used to drink lemon juice every morning. Insisted it helped her digestion all day.
