How we all must remember those celebrations in our early years still imprinted in our minds.
I enjoyed both the poetic and photographic glimpse!
What a wonderful place to be, the night can be the perfect place.
I like the carving--we don't want to hand it down with all of its flaws. But also, I love the partaking in the depths of culture and looking up to the stars.
I'm dancing in my desk chair!

Am I late for the party Gillena? Dancing can be a good way of making the younger generation aware of the past tradition

Enjoyed the street celebrations ~
These are beautifully written, as well as interesting in subject matter.
The hopes are high for the new & succeeding generations in carrying out the trust put into their arms. May they serve the right justice it needed to preserve a culture. Lovely, Gillena. Thank you!

Well written poems. The idea of traditions being carved by the future is very nice.
The stars are right there in the streets celebrating, aren't they?
