I love the contrasting colors here. It was a great. The mention of the inky sky made it.
It makes me think of the bums that adorn the cold street of New York City with their colorful attempts at warmth...

I second Kerry's comment. The beauty of the fireworks and stark greyness of the vagrant's life is startling.
While there are festivities the homeless is happy to be lying in his carton hideaway with none the world to care! Nicely Gillena!

Homelessness is very sad. We have it here as well. There is absolutely no excuse for it in countries like ours. It makes me feel ashamed.
