While on the subject of ghosts check out this bit of irony, when
i was a member of our senior choir at my parish (St Mary's RC Church) here in St James,
we went to Lopinot to spend the day at the Legendary Count Lopinot site.
So here's the irony: he Count Lopinot never like being photographed but, there is a photo
in the house of his ghost MORE HERE

Mr Moon sits just on the horizon even as I write this, as if it were waiting for me to climb out of bed & settle in here at the keyboard, your wonderful work reminding me to look out the window and appreciate.

Fine work.

loved the blue moon poem.
enjoyed the rest of the read too! :)
the foliage in the picture seems pretty tropical, much like what we had over here.

Such a lovely poem & rendering of the blue moon! The ghost anecdote had me laughing--poor guy, I'm sure the lizards in my backyard could relate to his dislike of insistent photographers. :) I had the music turned up and my husband poked his head in to ask who was playing, so thanks for introducing us to the Xavier Strings. :)

Beautiful blue moon tribute. We had a series of overcast and rainy days and didn't get to enjoy the blue moon as much as I would have liked. Loved your poem!
