I love the senryu, regardless of how you arrived at it. But oh dear, I can't tell which is your deliberately repeated letter! (Harder in a short piece.) I'm guessing A.

Love the word/photo combination. And I completely agree. I remember how way back, when the pandemic began, nothing made it as real or "memorable" as the sight of public servants wearing masks. In a strange coincidence, one of the memories that will stayed with me forever of this pandemic is the sight of a mounted police woman wearing a mask while patrolling the park in front of my home.

A lovely poem, and beautiful photo. I haven't seen a mounted officer in years, but they do have them in big cities that have parks, although some are replaced with bicycles and motorbikes. That is sure a beautiful bright bay horse!
