The Bat is a Traditional Character of The Trinidad and Tobago Masquerade. Above is my grand daughter in her (school-assigment-costume 2021 ), made with the help of Dad and Mummy (she attends school online) Photo courtesy her Dad.

 the pleas of evacuees 
filling hands in prayer

lost in a volcano's wish to
spew molten statements
