Facemasks have become part of the "going out" check, like making sure we have our keys and phones.
I love the mask series, Happy Sunday Gillena ❤️
“preserving the peace / of bullet ridden stories / in a ghost town doze” - wonderful.
How quickly the new becomes normal.
That link between silence and new habits just caught me. Lovely stretch through the landscape.

Ah, I like that you worked in the idea of a ghost town out there!
I think COVID has changed all of our routines. In the past, we checked for key and glasses and such. Now, we must secure the mask.
Happiest Sunday, Gillena.

those three lines right there could be a haiku... really enjoyed this
I had a friend, back in my young and single days, who came home from Florida with several bullet holes in his car. The mountains could tell many stories if they but would.

I wish more people would mask up here when they are outside. They are supposed to but they don't. Nice art work !
