Ha, your haiku works with the lines in either order! Though I have a slight preference for the version in the haiga.

I enjoyed your Sunday Muse piece too.

Nicely done Gillena.

The spin of lines in your haiku made me smile. And it would be pretty cool to see an astronaut walking to work...

I had no idea they were still doing Dancing with the Stars. Wow. Like one can really get that close and be safe in the time of COVID. Oh well.

I really like the second poem. After reading it, I started picturing all sorts of professionals going to work in their uniforms: deep sea divers, underwater welders, explosive ordinance disposal specialists... So many interesting looking suits.

Good Sunday to you, Gillena.

interesting illustration. The re-arrangement of the lines in the haiga and the haiku can give different images. There are no social activities like concerts over here yet.

Both your poems are pleasure to read. But the "the applauding audience..." got me smiling, because it's a true depiction of what things look like as places of culture and entertainment are slowly opening again. Thanks for the smiles, much love!

I love both poems, but most especially the walk to work!

These days, people in hasmat suits dont get a second glance, lol. I enjoyed the read, Gillena.

I do think that we are all headed for body suits for protection. Just an ordinary day at some future. Sci fi poetry!

I don't trust anyone that I cannot see. These masks are really hard on my senses. Nice work today, Gillena, all parts.

How can one share a smile with a mask on? But sometimes a smile is a mask unto itself.
You've sparked a few questions here for me.
