I line where the image took you, to a girl wearing pony tails. Cool.
Happy Sunday, may she sing on...

The image took you in such a new and different direction Gillena. Enjoyed this!
as children listen
in wonder they step forward
and kneel to their moon
reality awakenens
new thoughts are beliefs young blooms

I love the simplicity of your poem, that in reality, is quite complex. Well done!
Thanks for dropping by Carrie. One of the form one students from my high school which i attended sent me a text with a photo of her carrying her father's bird cage to school. She said it was "Book Bag Challenge Day" well we didn't have that fun event years ago when i was attending high school 😊 and that was the inspiration for my kyota poem

I like the image of books being carried in a cage, rather than birds. Sweetly imagined, Gillena.

All their own place for their own things.
And she sang the song of religion.
Wonderful.
Unique take on the prompt, Gillena!
