Happy St Patrick's Day. March 17th is the day St. Patrick died. Originally blue was the colour associated with St. Patrick's Day. It eventually changed to green. In the 1600s people began to wear shamrocks and green ribbons on St. Patrick's Day...LOTS MORE HERE

Perhaps a cloud like that was not so much a distraction as a fulfilment of your meditation. I love the drawing!
A heart-shaped cloud can be so inspiring!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
My grandma was Irish. How she loved St Patrick's day. Sigh. I will love it in her stead today. Thanks for the reminder, Gillena.and i love heart shaped clouds!
A heart shaped cloud is the best distraction you can have I think
A distraction turned meditation for others...a neat metaphor?

A heart shaped cloud...wonderful!
This is simply wonder full! I love the eloquence here, with which you articulate how easily (we humans) are diverted. That something as ethereal as a cloud can take us 'off-course' is well put - and charmingly insightful.
The image of the heart shaped cloud is, in itself, so nuanced and intriguing (for the shapes that we see in clouds, I have to believe, is a reflection of that which is occupying our thoughts, on some level). A lovely share, Gillena.
