Here in T&T it's Carnival Time, Season of Bacchanal. Within the season there was the reopening of The Red House(Seat of Parliament) with much pomp and ceremony and display of national pride, There were school children in Woodford Square across the street looking on, good memory for them to carry into adulthood . The opening ceremony was carried live on TTT TV7. The Red House was closed in 2011 to be renovated.
