That winter, when the cold winds, so fierce, so real, so new, blows me into an almost curve. There i am feeling new feelings, feelings without names, weird howlings, my heart never knew existed. The kind i had up till then, been reading about in books, called novels. Reading is a good pasttime i'm always been told. Yet this wind is more like a metaphor, unreal, something representing something else.

[the prompt quote]
“I wonder if the snow loves the trees and fields, that it kisses them so gently? And then it covers them up snug, you know, with a white quilt; and perhaps it says, "Go to sleep, darlings, till the summer comes again.” - Lewis Caroll

Sunday Savvy #98 when the Sunday meme began here at Lunch break
Sunday Lime 1

Congrats to Keshorn Walcott, T&T's only medalist [Bronze] in this 2016 Olympics. And; it's closing time this Sunday, for the Olympics 2016. Happy, sad, determined, satisfied, fired up: all these emotions add to the pot of expectations being already stirred to 2020 Tokyo. Cheers!
