The Season of Rains, has begun. Its Rainy Season here in T&T
We are still in our third Lockdown and State of Emergency here in T&T in our efforts of 'flattening the curve' vaccinations are happening.

As ever very piquant of the moment Gillena - always good to read your words that are always so fresh with life...
Thanks for your appreciation Scott

These are marvelous moments -- the birds in the garden are always a welcome chorus. Also, the video was wonderful! I found myself tearing up.
That a clever way of sharing your haiku collection, I enjoyed the video. I also suspect the mask will be a "character" in many stories, long after the pandemic is over. :)
"dissolves / sweet songs of garden birds" - wonderful!
Those gatherings definitely have some advantages!

Love how you used the word 'cadence' and the haiku video is delightful!!!!
Lockdown is being relaxed here, and I'm worried. I hope all goes well, but... I have reservations. I continue to wear my mask (and show my smile just in Zoom).
We've been having a mixture of rain and heat. My garden is loving it.
My favorite part of zoom meetings - I do not have to wear a mask.
I greatly enjoyed the haiku video!
Gillena, I enjoyed your sijo very much. Also what a neat idea to put your mask haiku collages into video slideshow form. Great idea! I remember many of them. Looking forward to part 2.
I liked you Sijo, Gillena. Not many good things were happening during 'lockdown'. Our governor dissolved ours, even for the school kids under 12 who cannot get vaccinated.
We wrote on for NaPoWriPo Day 20 (April 20) and it was fun. Mine was short also, six lines although they can be quite long.

A great idea to have the video in support of the haiku writeup, Gillena! It enhances the presentation!

putting your thoughts in to words so beautifully
Such a beautiful poetry collection, and your video, Wow!
I feel your joy in the cadence and words. Lovely Gillena! I hope you have a wonderful week.
You are so cleaver with this art. Have a very nice day.
That is one advantage to Zoom calls, yes
That's why I liked teaching with zoom: no mask.
