first bird song at dawn
my thoughts of the first Noel -
four candles aflame

Tis the Season. Season of Advent, my favourite season of all time, where hope is never fruitless for God's promise is realised in his love for mankind surely and we ponder again the art of waiting on God's promise.

On the Fourth Sunday of Advent, the last purple candle is lit, representing Peace. This is the last Sunday in The Season of Advent. What follows in a few days is CHRISTMAS. On Christmas morning a white candle is lit representative of The CHRIST.

A happy Season of Advent to all.

As Paulo's interview has ended the TV-reporter asks him a last question. "What does God mean to you?" Paulo, normally answering that kind of questions on automatic pilot gives a complete other answer. That answer points already to his former history with Hilal. He answers: "Anyone who knows God cannot describe Him. Anyone who can describe God doesn't know Him"...[Carpe Diem #370, Tyumen]
